I met Michele through a friend who is a builder. A reference from someone in the business is always best! When it came time to list my personal residence we checked out a few agents, but Michele was head and shoulders above the rest Her advice was great, we were able to get the house ready for showing quickly. She knew the neighborhood and she knows how to get serious prospective buyers walking through the house. She was responsive to emails and phone calls at all times, we always felt like we were in good hands. Within a month of listing we had a signed agreement with a qualified buyer. We sold in 2011, in the middle of a very sluggish real estate market, but I am very happy with the price Michele negotiated, we walked away from settlement with a lot more cash than I was expecting. And she got us through the whole settlement process with no headaches or hassles. We listed our house during a challenging season (Fall 2022), which saw rising interest rates, muted buyer demand, and the typical seasonal slow down. Despite all of the headwinds, Tyler and Michele continued to "stay the course" and showed up weekly to host open houses. I truly felt as if they had our best interests in mind and never once suggested a price reduction (which would have been the easy thing to do). Ultimately, the house transacted at a price we were happy about, and Michele helped made the closing process seamless.Last, Tyler is an unbelievable agent and could sell ice to an eskimo! Not only is he personable, but he knows the market extremely well and has an uncanny attention to detail. So much so, that he had our house photographed twice, because the first ones were not up to his standards. At the same time, he was never pushy and always put us first (he worked around our schedules and would take calls from us at various hours of the day). Michele is AMAZING! After having my property on the market for a year and a half with zero offers, I thought my house would never sell. As a high end fairly new construction home, there is a ton of competition occurring in the manayunk area and finding the right buyer seemed like quite a challenge.
